WoP IS like a marriage. It's family. Plenty of us say we've gotten enough from WoP and then come back for the next cohort, coz family's never done!

Thanks for all the juicy gems.

So, so many gems in this piece. I saved a couple into my notes, and I'm planning on sharing them in my newsletter ;) This is one of them:

"Breaking into the room. I could not breathe. I could not feel my presence on the Earth. That is what a breathless moment is, does, and there is nothing like it."

Gosh, that's beautiful. Would love to see writing like this in your book. Excited for that!

Love the writeup about WOP. Man, glad to have met you through WOP. Such a lovely community. Great piece James. Excited for the next ones!

Enjoyed reading about your WoP journey and realizations within and throughout. And I can only say, Yes! Me too! The Machine imagery resonated with me and my mindset. There is so much work and coordination and planning that goes on to make it run smoothly. But those gears are designed to grind down one's mindset about writing and rebuild it within a community of like-minded folks going after writing as a means to learn and connect. Appreciate your perspective and your writing James. Don't stop! Hope to see you in runway this summer. Take care. Keep writing!
